Shipping details will be discussed with you upon placement of order dependent on the shipping option selected upon checkout. Orders placed over the weekend or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. If there are any delays whatsoever, it will be communicated with you. Shipping is limited to South Africa only. Wrong or Incomplete Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is liable for all delivery cost to re-deliver the order to the corrected address. Laser Creations Studio is not responsible for the loss of the order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. Courier Services: If our courier service is used, delivery times and item condition upon delivery can not be guaranteed as we use a third party. Damaged goods must be reported and discussed upon receiving. They will either be refunded or replaced according to owners discretion.
